About
Anchored Coaching LLC – Educational Support Services Anchored Coaching LLC provides individualized educational and executive function coaching for children and adolescents with ADHD, anxiety, and related learning challenges. Services are designed to directly support academic performance, learning readiness, and school success by strengthening the underlying skills students need to thrive in educational settings. Founded and led by a board-certified pediatrician with advanced training in ADHD and executive function coaching, Anchored Coaching integrates medical insight with evidence-informed educational strategies to support the whole learner. Educational Support Services Include: Executive Function Coaching Targeted skill-building to support attention, organization, planning, task initiation, time management, and follow-through. Coaching focuses on helping students manage school demands, complete assignments, prepare for tests, and build sustainable learning habits. ADHD-Focused Academic Support Coaching Structured coaching to help students understand how ADHD impacts learning and to develop personalized strategies that improve focus, motivation, self-monitoring, and academic independence. Emotional Regulation and Stress Management for Learning Coaching supports students in developing emotional regulation skills that enhance classroom engagement, reduce school-related stress, and improve readiness to learn. HeartMath Biofeedback–Informed Skill Building Used as an educational tool to teach self-regulation, stress awareness, and focus skills that directly support attention and performance in academic environments.
