Our organization was founded in March 2009 to support families affected by autism—both emotionally and financially. We offer a variety of programs, including an alternative to traditional K–12 education, a community- and socially-based adult day habilitation program, and afternoon and evening groups for individuals of all ages, as well as parents and caregivers. We also provide support groups and a safe, welcoming space where families can build meaningful connections. Since our founding, our grassroots organization has served more than 100 families supporting their autistic loved ones, and that number continues to grow—along with many other special-needs families who regularly join our events and programs. We firmly believe that children with autism learn and grow best through real-world experiences. We are proud to help expand possibilities for our special population, empowering individuals to discover their comfort zones and passions while providing the support they need to build on their strengths.
