Founded in 1959, St. Pius X Catholic School has proudly served families in the Alamo Heights and Fort Sam Houston areas of Northeast San Antonio with a strong tradition of faith-centered education. SPX is a welcoming Catholic learning community that nurtures students from 6 weeks through 8th grade in a safe, loving, and structured environment where they are encouraged to flourish in their faith, academics, and personal growth. Committed to educating the whole child, St. Pius X holds high standards for academic excellence, service to others, and the development of self-discipline and character. In partnership with families, the school supports students with diverse learning needs, including those with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), through appropriate accommodations and individualized support, while maintaining high expectations for all learners.
